Refund & Returns Policy

Every item at Big Borch Player 1 is printed and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or color preference. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at bigborchp1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem (and of the packaging, if the item was damaged in transit). We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no extra cost. You don't need to send the item back.

Cancellations and changes

Production starts soon after you order. Contact us as soon as possible: if production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund your order.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address before paying. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we can reship it and the shipping cost will be charged again.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5-10 business days to appear.
